III. Advantages:
1. The E920 has excellent toughening effects at both normal and low temperatures, even at -40 to -50°C, it can maintain the toughness of the toughened material; and it has a minimal impact on other mechanical properties, offering superior comprehensive performance. Adding 2% to PC (low M.I.: 10.5, high M.I.: 35) results in significant toughening effects.
2. E920 disperses well in polyester and has minimal impact on the flowability of the toughened material (other grafted or copolymer polyester tougheners can significantly reduce the flowability of the modified polyester, making it difficult to inject), without affecting subsequent injection. During the injection process, the polyester toughened with E920 is insensitive to shear, which is beneficial for selecting injection conditions.
3. Polyester reinforced with E920 offers excellent colorability, allowing for reduced amount of color powder.
4. E920-toughened PC exhibits excellent resistance to stress cracking and improved water sensitivity. Even after 168 hours of heat aging at 135°C, the impact reduction with 5% E920 toughening is minimal.
5. After processing polyester with graft or copolymer toughening agents, it is necessary to clean the machine immediately to prevent internal cross-linking of the screw; however, when processing polyester with E920, there is no need to worry about cross-linking.

Five, Note: E920 usually does not require drying (residual water <1%); if drying is necessary, the drying temperature should be controlled around 60°C, with a duration of approximately 12 hours. Higher temperatures can cause softening and caking.
