PP flame retardant is primarily composed of phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine, produced through physical blending and high molecular activation coating. It is widely used in corrugated tubes, hollow boards, construction molds, automotive interior plastic parts, decorative panels, electroplating tanks, injection molded parts, extruded sheets, blown film, and cast film. The total bromine content in the finished products produced by this formula ranges from 400 to 600 PPM.

Product Introduction
Different flame retardants with various shapes are used for different PP materials and different ratios.
FR-PP101 Halogen-free Flame Retardant Additive, dosage 1-2%.
FR-PP102 Additive blend 3-5%, Homopolymer additive 2-3%.
FR-PP103: Add 1-2% homopolymer PP, 3-5% copolymer PP, and 2-3% mixed homopolymer.
FR-PP105: Homopolymer PP addition 1-2%, Copolymer PP addition 3-5%, Mixed addition 2-3%.
FR-PP105A Additive content: Homopolymer PP 1-2%, Copolymer PP 3-5%, and Mixed PP 2-3%.
FR-PP108 Transparent PP Flame Retardant additive 1-2%.

1. This product boasts excellent stability, great dispersion properties, superior mechanical performance, high flame-retardant efficiency, minimal dosage, high brightness, colorless to the finished product, strong UV resistance, and non-separation.
2. It is a dripping-type flame retardant, whose mechanism of action is to extinguish fires by rapidly dripping away heat.
3. The product offers high flame retardancy and good compatibility with PP resins.
4. May add talc and barium sulfate as fillers; also self-extinguishing when away from fire, but the amount of flame retardant needs to be increased accordingly.
