Operating Principle:

   ①SCWNHorizontal screw blade mixer drives the material in the drum with the help of the inner and outer diameter screws mounted on the stirrer shaft, causing the stirrer to flip the material over a larger area within the drum.

② The agitator is structured with helical design that is mutually counter-rotating in the inner and outer, as well as left and right directions. When the agitator operates, the inner helix drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing axially from the inside to the sides. The outer helix drives the material near the drum wall to rotate around the axis, pushing axially from the sides to the inside. This creates a convectional circulation, shearing, and mixing of materials within the drum, achieving a rapid and even mixing of the material in a short period of time.
