Detailed Description:
Materials enter the grading room via the feeding system, utilizingRotorThe centrifugal force generated by the rotation separates the powder in the gas-solid two-phase fluid according to particle size. Coarse particles sink under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, with most particles being carried up by the rising air flow into the classification chamber. Particles meeting the particle size requirements, due to the smaller centrifugal force, pass through the gaps between the forced classification blades into the collection system. Coarse particles in the raw material powder, under the larger centrifugal force, are thrown to the periphery of the cylinder by the rotor blades and slide down along the cylinder. During the descent, they are again impacted by a secondary air flow, which disperses the finer aggregates within the coarse particles and blows them back into the classification chamber. The coarse powder is then discharged through the lower discharge valve under the force of gravity.
