Soundproofing units are widely used in outdoor and indoor environments that require noise protection and environmental protection, mainly composed of standard units, soundproof enclosures, intake and exhaust noise reduction devices, and exhaust noise reduction devices. Their main features include soundproof enclosures with sound-insulating and sound-absorbing layers, noise reduction treatment for intake and exhaust channels, and a combination of industrial and residential exhaust designs to reduce noise in both high and low frequency ranges. Standard soundproof units typically emit noise between 78-85dB(A), while soundproof units usually emit noise between 70-78dB(A). The trailer power stations are available in two types: two-axle trailers and four-axle trailers. Units under 70KW use two-axle trailers, while 70KW to 500KW units utilize four-axle trailers. The trailers are equipped with steering mechanisms, traffic warning lights, and braking systems, along with mechanical legs, shock absorbers, and buffers. The towing devices are adjustable in height, meeting traffic driving requirements. The trailer power stations can be pre-installed with cable racks and power cables for quick power supply. On urban roads and highways of level two and above, the two-axle trailers can travel at speeds up to 30km/h, and the four-axle trailers can reach speeds of up to 50km/h.

Vehicle-mounted power stations are widely used in communication, television broadcasting, expressways, emergency rescue, power supply, and other scenarios that require fast, mobile, and reliable power supply. The units are mainly installed in the body of a vehicle and can be equipped with electric cable winches, multi-way outlet sockets, and mechanical (or hydraulic) legs, allowing for easy parallel operation of multiple vehicle-mounted mobile power stations. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain the fuel injection angle at the proper angle.
Guarantee that the machine does not leak oil. The diesel engine's fuel line often has leaks due to uneven joint surfaces, deformed or damaged gaskets. The solution is: coat the gasket with valve paint, grind it flat on a glass plate to align the fuel line joints; install a diesel recovery device, which can connect the return oil tube from the nozzle to the hollow screw using a plastic tube, allowing the return oil to flow back into the fuel tank.
