Established around 2020, the company has established a research and development lab and invested in a series of small pilot units, including high-concentration wastewater evaporation equipment, preliminary treatment equipment for high-concentration wastewater, concentration equipment for evaporated and crystallized high-concentration wastewater (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt), preliminary treatment electroflocculation equipment for high-concentration wastewater, preliminary treatment microelectrolysis equipment for high-concentration wastewater, and filtration equipment for concentrated wastewater after evaporation and crystallization (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt). The BR3000 detection equipment can measure 18 parameters including total hardness/total alkalinity/phosphates/sulfates/volatile phenols/silica/copper/nickel/zinc/manganese/cadmium/mercury/lead/arsenic/chromium(VI)/total chromium/anions. The ION600 can detect 9 ions such as calcium/sodium/chlorine/fluoride/ammonium/bromine/cyanide/nitrate/nitrogen. The BR5000 can measure 6 parameters including COD/ammonium nitrogen/total phosphorus/total nitrogen/color concentration/suspended solids. The CON200 can measure 6 parameters including conductivity/TDS/total salinity. Our lab currently can test 52 major indicators and 69 minor indicators, which is sufficient to meet the testing requirements for various indicators of high-concentration wastewater. We provide process route verification and technical theoretical support before clients invest in large-scale equipment to prevent unfinished projects.
