The company established a research and development laboratory around 2020, and has sequentially invested in a series of small-scale pilot equipment, including a high-concentration wastewater evaporation equipment, a preliminary pretreatment equipment for high-concentration wastewater, a concentration equipment for evaporated and crystallized high-concentration wastewater (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt), a preliminary pretreatment electroflotation equipment, a preliminary pretreatment micro-electrolysis equipment, and a filtration equipment for concentrated wastewater after evaporation and crystallization (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt). The BR3000 detection equipment can measure 18 parameters, such as total hardness, total alkalinity, phosphates, sulfates, volatile phenols, silicon dioxide, copper, nickel, zinc, manganese, cadmium, mercury, lead, arsenic, hexavalent chromium, total chromium, and anions. The ION600 can detect 9 ions, including calcium, sodium, chloride, fluorine, ammonium, bromine, cyanide, nitrate, and ammonia. The BR5000 can measure 6 parameters, such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, color, and suspended solids. The CON200 can measure 6 parameters, including conductivity, TDS, and total salinity. Our laboratory currently can detect 52 major indicators and 69 minor indicators, which is sufficient to meet the detection requirements for various parameters of high-concentration wastewater. We provide process route verification and technical theory support before customers invest in large-scale equipment to avoid abandoned projects.
