Our company established a research and development laboratory around 2020, and has invested in a series of small-scale pilot equipment, including a high-concentration wastewater evaporation equipment prototype, a high-concentration wastewater preliminary treatment equipment prototype, a high-concentration wastewater evaporation and crystallization concentration equipment prototype (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt), a high-concentration wastewater preliminary treatment electroflotation equipment prototype, a high-concentration wastewater preliminary treatment microelectrolysis equipment prototype, and a high-concentration wastewater evaporation and crystallization concentration liquid filtration equipment prototype (separating mother liquor and crystalline salt). The BR3000 detection equipment can measure 18 parameters, including total hardness/total alkalinity/phosphates/sulfates/volatile phenols/silica/copper/nickel/zinc/manganese/cadmium/mercury/lead/arsenic/chromium (VI)/total chromium/anions; the ION600 can detect 9 ions, such as calcium/sodium/chlorine/fluorine/ammonium/bromine/cyanide/nitrate/nitrogen; the BR5000 can measure 6 parameters, including COD/ammonium nitrogen/total phosphorus/total nitrogen/colority/suspended solids; the CON200 can measure 6 parameters, such as conductivity/TDS/total salinity. Our laboratory currently can detect 52 major indicators and 69 minor indicators, which is sufficient to meet the detection requirements for various indicators of high-concentration wastewater. We provide process route verification and technical theory support before customers invest in large-scale equipment to avoid abandoned projects.
