Installation of ball screw scale: Issues to Note
Secure the ball screw scale holding block and right-angle angle iron to the leveled base plate, but do not tighten all the screws at this point. Remove the ball screw scale installation ruler and heavy-duty bracket, then drill and tap holes with M8x20mm screw drill bits. Secure the leveling base plate to the machine bed as needed. Move the machine tool, bringing the reading head as close as possible to the heavy-duty bracket to be installed. Pass the calibration ruler through the reading head, then carefully adjust the fitting positions of the heavy-duty bracket through the holding block holes, and gently tighten the relevant screws until the calibration ruler can move smoothly and freely in both the reading head and heavy-duty bracket holes without any obstruction.
