The 3PE anti-corrosion coating combines the high impermeability and mechanical properties of epoxy resin and polyethylene materials. To date, it is globally recognized for its excellent performance and effectiveness as a pipeline anti-corrosion coating, and is thus widely used in various engineering projects.
In actual operation, the three materials are mixed together to form an integrated blend, which is then processed to securely bond with steel pipes, creating an excellent anti-corrosion coating. The processing methods typically include wrapping and round mold covering.

3PFormatImgID_0#The coating of the 3P anti-corrosion steel pipe is an epoxy powder coating in contact with the steel pipe surface, with a copolymer adhesive in the middle layer featuring branching structural groups. The surface layer is a high-density polyethylene anti-corrosion coating.
3PE corrosion-resistant steel pipe coating, also known as three-layer polyethylene coating, is a new type of corrosion-resistant steel pipe coating that ingeniously combines Europe's 2PE corrosion-resistant layer with the widely used FBE (fusion-bonded epoxy) coating in North America. It has been recognized and used worldwide for over a decade.
