I. Product Introduction
1. Environmental Protection: No smoke emission, no carbonation or reduction reactions, and a thorough elimination of dust pollution at its source. The boiler emits transparent exhaust during operation (a small amount of white smoke may temporarily appear in certain coal types, but it is not smoke), and harmful gases and substances are combusted for energy, overcoming the challenge of incomplete combustion.
2. Energy Efficiency: ① Large heat exchange area with W-shaped resistance plenum, longer path, and full energy utilization; ② Low flue gas velocity, reducing heat loss; ③ Heat from volatile fractions is no longer wasted (traditional furnaces cannot fully utilize it), achieving increased energy efficiency, and coal costs are reduced by nearly half.
3. Dust-Free: Static combustion, dust is not easily lifted. When flame carries (extremely rare) dust through the W channel, it naturally descends under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, cannot be exhausted; chimney does not spew dust (no dust removal equipment required, no additional costs); dust emission is lower than that of oil and gas boilers.
4. Convenience: Equipped with a coal storage, one-time coal loading, one-time slag removal, and one-time ash cleaning.

7. Structure: The coal gasification, coal-fueled, environmentally-friendly, energy-saving atmospheric pressure hot water boiler technology is entirely different from existing boiler technology. It features an inclined furnace chamber, air windows, coal hopper, W channel, and three-level air control for top, middle, and bottom adjustments to control the furnace temperature.
8. Working Principle: Inside the coal storage, fuel slowly descends under the force of gravity to replenish the combustion layer's voids. The preheating, gasification, combustion, and ash cooling processes are maintained at all levels. The intense heat in the low-temperature area of the boiler undergoes heat exchange, with a 180-degree turn-around.
