The arch tube plate increases the flexibility of the cylinder, simplifies the structure of the pot shell, and enables large-scale boiler capacity. 3. The wing-shaped flue channel effectively resolves the problem of cracking in high-temperature tube plates by reducing the temperature difference stress on the tube plate. The threaded flue tubes of the heat transfer elements improve the heat transfer coefficient, cause turbulence in the flue gas, reduce tube ash accumulation, enhance the boiler's thermal efficiency, and make the structure more compact. 4. The new furnace arch designed with the 3-3-2 rule has strong coal adaptability, optimizes combustion in the furnace chamber, reduces the generation of black smoke, and lowers the initial dust emission concentration compared to traditional furnace types, ensuring the boiler's smoke and dust emissions meet environmental protection requirements. 5. The water supply is equipped with automatic control and features an overpressure and water shortage automatic interlock device, ensuring reliable boiler operation.
