Product Description:

Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable refers to a pourable refractory material mixed with refractory aggregates, binder, and additives, where specific size heat-resistant steel fibers (length about 20-35mm, cross-sectional area about 0.13-0.2cm²) are incorporated.

1 Inhibits shrinkage of the casting material during curing, baking, and high-temperature use.

Enhance the thermal shock resistance of the casting material.

3 Prevent the formation of microcracks in the casting material from extending under the action of thermal and mechanical stresses, leading to fracture or spalling.

Product Applications:

Primarily used in the construction industry and other industrial kilns where refractory materials are required to have good resistance to spalling and impact.

For example: cement rotary kiln outlet, wet-process rotary kiln heat-resistant steel chain belts, cement kiln coolers, cement kiln coal nozzles, etc.
