Product Overview:
High-alumina refractory mortar is primarily made of high-alumina clinker, with binders composed of soft clay or chemical binders. The Al2O3 content is determined based on the composition of the bricks in the砌筑部位 and their usage requirements. High-alumina refractory mortar is divided into 8 grades based on Al2O3 content and bonding strength. There are 3 grades of common high-alumina refractory mortar: LN-55A, LN-65A, and LN-75A, and 5 grades of phosphate-bonded high-alumina refractory mortar: LN-55A, LN-65B, LN-75B, LN-85B, and GN85B.
Product Applications:
Broadly used in the construction of various industrial kilns with high-alumina bricks. Such as for building the roof, regenerative chamber, combustion chamber, etc., on hot blast stoves, and for the upper section of blast furnace bodies. It can also be used for repairing the roofs and walls of industrial kilns.
