Knowledge of Knife Cards

Blade cards are primarily barrier products, mainly used to block between products for robust protection. During transportation, items can be damaged or scratched upon collision. With blade cards, a barrier effect is achieved. The layered partitions block the products, achieving the purpose of stacking and protecting them in layers.

Products with stringent requirements, such as automotive parts, cannot have even the slightest scratch or collision. In such cases, we recommend applying a layer of EPE or EVA foam on the blade card to act as a cushioning and protective barrier, ensuring the greatest possible integrity of the product.

It can be custom-made according to the customer's size requirements, designing the dimensions and spacing of the die card slots. After mold making, the hollow board is pressed into two lengthwise die cards, which are then assembled according to the customer's needs.

The blade card is easily removable, facilitating transportation, saving shipping costs, and offering flexibility and versatility.

Blade card baffles can be manufactured to varying thicknesses of 2-7mm, widths not exceeding 1700mm, and lengths to customer specification, including general medium boards, anti-fouling hollow boards, anti-static hollow boards, and conductive hollow boards.
