Blade cards are primarily a barrier product, mainly used to shield products from each other, providing robust protection. During transportation, items can be damaged or scratched upon collision. With blade cards in place, a barrier effect is achieved. The partitioning layers shield products, ensuring layered stacking and protection.

Products with stringent requirements, such as automotive parts, cannot have even the slightest scratch or impact. In such cases, we recommend applying a layer of EPE or EVA foam on the blade card to act as a shock-absorbing protective barrier, ensuring the greatest possible integrity of the product.

It can be custom made according to the customer's size requirements, designing the dimensions and spacing of the blade card slots. After mold making, the hollow plate is pressed into two lengthwise blade cards, which are then assembled to meet the customer's specific blade card needs.

The blade card can be easily removed at any time, facilitating transportation, saving shipping costs, and offering flexibility and versatility.

Blade card baffles can be manufactured to meet customer requirements, with thickness ranging from 2-7mm, width not exceeding 1700mm, and length as desired, including general medium boards, anti-fouling hollow boards, anti-static hollow boards, and conductive hollow boards.
