Corrugated boxes and single-layer cardboard boxes are widely used packaging materials, available in various sizes and models, differing in the materials used.
Standard carton types include three-layer, five-layer, with seven-layer used less frequently. The layers consist of inside paper, fluting paper, core paper, and outside paper. Inside and outside papers are available in kraft paper or牛皮纸, while the core paper is made of fluting paper. The color and texture of various papers differ, as do those produced by different manufacturers.
Corrugated cardboard is made by bonding together face paper, back paper, fluting paper, and corrugated sheets. Depending on the requirements of product packaging, corrugated cardboard can be processed into single-face, three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer, eleven-layer, and other types of corrugated cardboard.
Wavy corrugated shapes result in different functionalities when bonded to form corrugated cardboard. Even with the same quality of face and back papers, the performance of the corrugated board varies due to the difference in flute shapes. The internationally recognized flute shapes are categorized into four types: A-flute, C-flute, B-flute, and E-flute. Their technical specifications and requirements are listed in Table 1. A-flute corrugated board offers good shock absorption and elasticity, with C-flute being slightly less than A-flute. However, it has higher rigidity and shock resistance. B-flute has a higher packing density, resulting in a flat surface and high bearing capacity, making it suitable for printing. E-flute, being thin and dense, showcases its strength and rigidity even more.

K Paper: 250g/m²
A Paper: 175g/m²
B Paper: 125g/m²
7 Sheets: 200g/m²

C Paper: 127g/m²
Core Paper: Approximately 100g/m²
Large Machine 105-110 g/m²
Enhanced Core Paper: +Paper 115g/m²
