Fused Quartz Blocks:
We use our high-purity quartz sand as the raw material, which is converted into amorphous silicon dioxide through high-temperature melting (electric melting temperature of 1800-2000 degrees Celsius). Depending on different applications, it is graded into blocky form (外观无色透明, with a small amount of fibrous matter). Melted quartz has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and stable chemical properties. It is processed through special machinery, including decontamination, crushing, screening, and magnetic separation, and is widely used in industries such as photovoltaics, large-scale integrated circuits, epoxy resin casting, high-grade refractories, technical ceramics, and precision casting.
