Fused Quartz Blocks:
We select our high-purity quartz sand as the raw material, which is transformed into amorphous silicon dioxide through high-temperature melting (electric melting temperature of 1800-2000°C). According to different applications, it is graded into blocky forms (外观无色透明, accompanied by a small amount of fibrous matter). Melted quartz features a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and stable chemical properties. It is processed through specialized machinery, including purification, crushing, screening, and magnetic separation, and is widely used in industries such as photovoltaics, large-scale integrated circuits, epoxy resin casting, high-grade refractories, technical ceramics, and precision casting.
