Fused silica micro powder significantly enhances compressive, flexural, impermeable, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant properties; it retains water, prevents segregation and bleeding, and dramatically reduces concrete pumpability. It notably extends the service life of concrete, especially in harsh environments such as chloride and sulfate侵蚀, high humidity, etc., doubling or even multiplying its durability. It drastically reduces the falling dust of shotcrete and cast-in-place materials, increasing the thickness of a single spraying layer. It is an essential component of high-strength concrete; it has about five times the effectiveness of cement and can reduce costs and improve durability when used in regular concrete and low cement cast-in-place materials. It effectively prevents concrete alkali-aggregate reactions and enhances the compactness of castable refractory materials.
