Service Warranty:
1. Fixed Pricing: All potential charges within the service will be billed according to the standard rates.

Warranty Return Repair: Within 180 days after the service is completed, if any repaired part shows abnormality or if the repaired appliance encounters the same nature of failure, you may contact the seller for free return repair. Due to the intricate design of the air conditioner's structure, coupled with the natural advantage of being safe and secluded, as well as the flaw that the outdoor air's various suspended particles cannot be effectively filtered by the gas stove's filter device.

3. Incorrect installation of the body
During air conditioner installation, if the installer's skills are insufficient, the preparatory work is not done properly, or there are issues with the materials, incorrect installation of the air conditioner's main unit can lead to leakage during use. In such cases, we need to reinstall the air conditioner to ensure the correct installation of the central air conditioner unit. Keep in mind, any leakage in the air conditioner during use must be thoroughly addressed.
II. Leak Repair Methods:
1. Copper tube insulation not properly wrapped
All indoor plumbing in residential settings is made of copper pipes, and the refrigerant inside the copper pipes is extremely cold. If the insulation is not wrapped tightly or the quality of the insulation is poor and cannot provide good insulation, there will be a lot of condensation on the pipes, which will then drip continuously, potentially wetting the ceiling.
Solutions can be found here: It is recommended to use comparative thermal insulation cotton, and for copper pipes of different diameters, use thermal insulation cotton with corresponding hole sizes. When wrapping the insulation cotton, ensure there are no gaps between the insulation cotton and the copper pipe, and make sure the copper pipe is not exposed.
2. The drain pipe is not securely connected to the indoor unit.
The drain pipe is mainly used for condensate discharge from the indoor unit. It is connected to the indoor unit using a flexible connection, which must be secured with a clamp. If the connection is not tight, condensate may leak out through the gaps.
Solutions here: After connecting the indoor unit and the drain pipe, conduct a drainage test to ensure the connections are tight and leak-proof.
3. Inadequate condensate drainage
The condensate drain outlet of the indoor unit is clogged or the slope of the drainpipe is insufficient, which leads to poor condensate drainage and accumulation on the indoor unit's water collection tray. Once the tray is full, it overflows and wets the ceiling.
Solutions here: Ensure the condensate drainage slope is no less than 1/100 during installation. Check for dirt or blockages in the indoor unit's drain port before connecting the drain pipe. After completing the drain pipe installation, conduct a full water test to ensure condensate can be drained smoothly.
4. The drainage pipes are not insulated.
The condensate water flowing through the condensate drain pipe is at a lower temperature, thus it is necessary to wrap the pipe with insulation during installation. Some engineering companies, in an effort to save costs, do not insulate the condensate drain pipe, resulting in condensation forming on the exterior of the pipe, which then leads to leakage.
