A wall-mounted boiler is a common home heating appliance that can provide us with a warm and comfortable living environment. However, like other household electronics, wall-mounted boilers may also encounter some malfunctions. Below are some common boiler issues and their solutions:
Ignition Failure: If the wall-mounted boiler fails to ignite, it may be due to improper electrode spacing, dirty ignition electrodes, or issues with the gas supply. First, check if the electrode spacing is correct, clean the ignition electrodes, and ensure the gas supply is normal.
2. Hot water not hot or insufficient heating: This may be due to scale buildup in the heat exchanger of the wall-mounted boiler or blockage in the water lines. Try cleaning the heat exchanger or clearing the water lines.
3. High or low water pressure: High water pressure can cause the safety valve to trip, while low water pressure can affect the normal operation of the wall-mounted boiler. Check if the water pressure is within the normal range and adjust as necessary.
4. Excessive Noise from Wall-Hung Boiler: It's normal for wall-hung boilers to produce some noise during operation, but if the noise is excessive, it may indicate a fault in components like the fan, pump, etc. Please contact a professional maintenance technician for inspection.
5. Wall-hung boiler not functioning: If the wall-hung boiler is not working at all, it could be due to a power failure, a faulty circuit board, or a sensor issue. Check if the power supply is normal, and if necessary, replace the circuit board or sensor.
Please note that if you encounter the aforementioned issues, it is recommended to first refer to the wall-hung boiler's user manual and attempt some basic troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists, have a professional wall-hung boiler technician perform the repair.
To minimize boiler failures, we also offer regular maintenance and upkeep services, such as cleaning heat exchangers, inspecting gas pipelines, and replacing filters. This can extend the boiler's lifespan and enhance heating efficiency.
