Duwan Environmental QXB7.5-100 Centrifugal Submersible Aerator with Inlet Pipe and Muffler
Motor Power: 7.5 kW
Cast Iron
Intake pipe diameter: 100mm

Duwan Environmental Protection's QXB7.5-100 Submersible Centrifugal Aerator is a device powered by a motor that drives a spiral impeller at high speed, lifting and projecting a large volume of water to form a water curtain. This action encapsulates air into the water, achieving oxygenation of the misty water. Simultaneously, due to the lifting effect on the water body, the lower water body exchanges and circulates with the upper water body, constantly renewing and mixing, thereby accomplishing the stirring and mixing of the water body. The machine's power efficiency in clear water is2.5KgO2/KwhAbove.
High-flow water recirculation effectively boosts dissolved oxygen levels in the water, creating oxygen-rich, lively water. This enhances the micro-ecological environment of the water body and strengthens its self-purification capabilities.
Centrifugal Submersible AeratorUsage:
Aeration and oxygen enrichment, even distribution of dissolved oxygenDORapidly alleviate the anoxic condition of the water body
②Upward and downward water circulation enhances water mobility and reduces dead water areas
③ Effectively suppress suspended solidsSSSettling, to reduce the accumulation of bottom sediment in water bodies
Increase bottom dissolved oxygen levels, enhance the activity of bottom sediment microorganisms
⑤Accelerate the decomposition of organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment, reducing secondary water pollution caused by sediment release
⑥ Rapidly removes sulfides and exhaust gases generated from sediment, reducing the accumulation of water body odor.
Enhance the vitality and concentration of microorganisms in water, and break down water-soluble nutrients.
Eliminate the natural stratification of water bodies, reducing the temperature difference between layers.
The three-lobed spiral blades of the water-pumping aeration machine have a lower specific surface pressure with the medium, thus effectively enhancing the power efficiency; the impeller is directly connected to the motor, offering high rotational efficiency, simple structure, and light weight; the floating structure allows the entire machine to automatically adjust with water level changes, eliminating the need for a foundation and can be directly secured in water with ropes, facilitating equipment installation and maintenance.

Features include:
Small in size, easy to install, lightweight, operable by one person
② Corrosion-resistant materials selected, suitable for both fresh and saltwater
③ The equipment has a compact structure and is easy to maintain.
④ High performance, low loss, with energy-saving and low-consumption advantages
Duwan QXB7.5-100Type Submerged Centrifugal Aeration Machine Precautions:
1Do not allow the pump to operate if there are any minor malfunctions. If the stuffing box of the pump shaft is completely worn out, it must be replaced promptly, as continued use will cause air leakage. This will directly lead to increased energy consumption by the motor and eventually damage the impeller.
2If the pump experiences strong vibrations during operation, it's essential to stop and inspect the cause immediately; otherwise, it may cause damage to the pump.
3When the bottom valve of a pump leaks, some people fill the intake pipe of the pump with dry soil and flush it down to the bottom valve. This method is actually not advisable. Because when dry soil is introduced into the intake pipe and the pump starts working, the soil will enter the pump, damaging the pump impeller and bearings, thereby shortening the pump's lifespan. When the bottom valve leaks, it must be taken for repair; if it's severe, a new one may need to be replaced.
4Ensure proper maintenance after using the pump, such as draining all water from the pump after use, and then disassemble the pipe for cleaning with clean water.
5Remove the tape from the pump, then rinse it clean with water and dry it in the sunlight. Do not place the tape in a dark and damp area. The pump tape must not come into contact with any oil stains, and it should not be coated with any sticky substances.
Carefully inspect for cracks on the impeller and ensure it is securely fastened to the bearing. If cracks or loose fittings are found, they should be repaired promptly. Also, clean any dirt from the impeller of the pump thoroughly. Unable to start Firstly, inspect the power supply: ensure the connectors are securely fastened; that the switches are making good contact; and that the fuses are not blown; and that the three-phase power is balanced. If there are any breaks, poor contact, blown fuses, or unbalanced phases, investigate the cause and repair it promptly. Secondly, check for any mechanical failures within the pump itself, common causes include: packing being too tight or debris jamming between the impeller and the pump body causing blockage; rust on the pump shaft, bearings, or leakage rings; or a severely bent pump shaft. Solutions include: loosening the packing and clearing the water channel; removing the pump body to clear debris and remove rust; and removing the pump shaft for straightening or replacing with a new shaft.
