1Main Structure

(2) This machine is equipped with an additional movable secondary grate in front of the main grate, which has the same spacing as the main grate. The debris from the movable secondary grate is collected by long rake teeth, effectively preventing debris from the wastewater from slipping through the bottom of the grates and the accumulation of dirt at the bottom.
(3) The chain features a custom-made wide-link stainless steel chain, with a safety factor of no less than6Equipped with a chain wheel tensioning adjustment device. When operating in the chain groove, it can effectively prevent debris from entangling in the groove without the need for additional debris resistance devices, thus avoiding blocking issues.
(4) The transmission mechanism is installed at the top of the frame, utilizing a horizontal helical pinion reducer, equipped with an over-torque protection device (shear pin), effectively preventing damage to the motor and reducer due to overload. Additionally, a protective cover is provided for easy assembly and disassembly.
(5) The cleaning rake teeth come in two forms: long rakes and short rakes. Long rakes are effective for removing large amounts of debris, while short rakes ensure a thorough and clean removal.
