1.General requirements
The Rotating Rake Screen Cleaner (hereinafter referred to as the Rake Screen Cleaner) is a complete set, each unit of which should be equipped with accessories necessary for safe, effective, and reliable operation. The Rotating Rake Screen Cleaner requires accessories such as a protective cover, lubrication system, level gauge, local control cabinet, and all electrical and control cables from the control cabinet to the equipment, as well as accessories required for the effective and safe operation of the Rotating Rake Screen Cleaner.
2. Process Design and On-Site Conditions
The grille cleaning machine should match the dimensions specified in the design drawing.
2.1 The格栅cleaning machine should be capable of sweeping debris across the entire width of the channel. The design of the machine's frame, steel platform, and all components should ensure a service life of at least 15 years in harsh environments.

3. Structure & Materials
The rotary grille cleaner is mainly composed of the driving unit, frame, transmission sprocket, traction chain, plow-type tooth rake, and electrical control cabinet, among other key components.
The drive motor is mounted on the side shaft of the frame, and the tines are driven by the chains on both sides. The scraper tines lift the waste from the bottom to the top across the entire channel width. Upon reaching the top, the waste is automatically discharged through the kinetic energy of the guide rail and the sprocket's转向.
The entire grille assembly is directly mounted on the channel. Solid particles in the water are captured by a filter belt connected in series with the犁-shaped tines, which are then conveyed to a higher position at the rear of the cleaning machine's drive unit for discharge. The rotary grille decontamination machine should have a reliable cleaning effect, possess a dependable self-cleaning capability in its structural design, and not have any debris entanglement or jamming issues. Additionally, there should be no accumulation of dirt at the bottom of the grille to form dead corners.
