To ensure a reliable and leak-free installation, Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection uses replaceable elastic seals to seal the connection between the base bracket and the pump. These seals can be easily and inexpensively replaced whenever the pump is removed for maintenance. When the pump is placed correctly, the guide claws, connected to the pump, provide a stable and reliable rotation support to secure the pump in place. The fitting surfaces of the bracket and guide claws mesh together stably. Key points for coupling bracket and pipeline installation
The self-coupling bracket of a submersible pump typically consists of four parts: a coupling bracket, pump connector, guide rail mounting bracket, and guide rail.
The coupling bracket serves as the support for the entire coupling system, fixed on the flat surface at the bottom of the pit with 4 anchor bolts, bearing the entire weight of the pump.
Pump Connectors: Directly connected to the pump outlet, pump connectors also serve as intermediate transition parts during the installation of the coupling bracket. The large lead screw of the pump connector facilitates easy guidance of the pump to the mating part of the coupling bracket and ensures an accurate and secure connection.
Track Mounting Bracket: The track mounting bracket is used to secure the track. By fixing the bracket at the upper position of the collection pit and aligning it with the mounting holes of the coupling bracket, it can firmly secure two tubular tracks. This facilitates the guidance during installation or removal of the submersible sludge pump, making it an essential component for fixing the track.
The guide rail mounting bracket can be directly secured to the well opening of the sump pit with stainless steel expansion bolts, or it can be fixed through other crossbeams within the sump pit for easy access of the pump in and out of the well.

The outlet pipe is directly connected to the coupling device's outlet, followed by the installation of check valves, gate valves, and pipes, and then connected to the municipal sewage pipeline. During the process of connecting the pipes, a check valve and a gate valve are required at the outlet of each pump (a spherical check valve is preferable for sewage use). The check valves and gate valves can be directly installed outside the sump pit. If they need to be installed inside the sump pit, they should be mounted above the water level, not directly in the water.
During the pipeline installation process, metal pipelines are predominantly used. Plastic pipelines must be water supply pipes, and when transitioning from plastic to metal pipelines, metal-to-plastic transition pipes should be employed. Avoid directly threading plastic pipes onto metal pipes.
