Tractor-mounted Grating Cleaning Machine Structure and Working Principle
The牵引式格栅除污机 consists of components such as the frame assembly, toothed耙组合, transmission mechanism, base feet, underwater sprocket assembly, and grating bars.
Primary Structure
（1) The grille body features an integrated structure, assembled and debugged on a dedicated platform within the factory. After an 8-hour trial run with no load, it is then dispatched for delivery.

（3) The chain features a custom-made wide-link stainless steel chain with a safety factor of no less than 6, equipped with a chain wheel tensioning adjustment device. During operation within the chain groove, no additional slag resistance device is needed to effectively prevent slag from getting entangled in the chain groove, thus avoiding jamming.
（4) Special material pads are installed in the chain groove, which reduces both the frictional resistance during operation and the operating noise.
（5) The drive mechanism can be equipped with a shaft-mounted rotary reducer as required, featuring a mechanical over-torque protection device. It also comes with a tensioning wheel assembly, which is easy to install and dismantle, and has an elegant and attractive appearance.
（6) The cleaning rake teeth are custom formed through precision press processing, featuring high tooth shape accuracy, precise engagement with the bars, and thorough slag removal.
