One, equipment operation is divided into two forms: "on-site" and "automatic."

1Automatic Control. After checking the power supply and ensuring it is on, switch the selection switch on the control cabinet panel to the "Automatic" position. At this point, the submersible pump will be controlled by the central control room, and no on-site personnel operation is required.

2On-site Control.

aCheck the power supply to ensure it is connected.

bLeave the "Local" indicator on the control cabinet panel active./Pause/Automatically set the selector switch to the "Local" position.

cPress the "Start" button to activate the equipment.

dPress the "Stop" button to halt the equipment.

ePromptly inspect and repair any malfunctions, and then reconnect and reset the power for operation after the issue is resolved.

No dry operation of the sludge pump is permitted. During operation, the coupling should be evenly light and heavy with no binding or grinding noises.

Three, frequent startups of the sludge pump are strictly prohibited. The standby pump should be operated at least once a week.

Four, after each repair (especially re-wiring), before the formal start-up, it is imperative to confirm that the motor's direction of rotation is consistent with the pump's specified direction.

V. Inspect for any abnormal noise or vibration in the mud pump during each shift.

Six, if an abnormal noise is heard from the mud pump in operation, the pump should be immediately stopped, the standby pump activated, and a maintenance report submitted at the same time.
