2. Technical Requirements for Electrical Control Cabinets
·Main electrical components inside the control box: circuit breakers, contactors, motor protectors, changeover switches, buttons, indicator lights (LED sources), etc. The voltage and current ratings of the main components should match the controlled equipment and allow for a margin. All components must be products from internationally renowned brands (such as ABB, Schneider, Siemens, etc.). The plastic components inside the cabinet should be halogen-free, CFC-free, flame-retardant, and self-extinguishing.
The electrical control box features an aluminum-zinc coated steel plate housing with IP55 protection grade, and comes with accessories such as a 1.2-meter-high stainless steel mounting bracket.
·The control cabinet's incoming power is a single 380V/220V three-phase five-wire system power supply. The control power required inside the control cabinet is self-solved within the cabinet, with the control power being AC 220V. If other standard control power supplies are needed, they should be self-transformed within the cabinet.
The electrical control box should be equipped with short-circuit, overload, phase failure, and a variety of special protection functions for the matching equipment.
·The control box is equipped with a manual/automatic switch for control mode conversion. In manual mode, the control is operated manually on the control box, while in automatic mode, the PLC controls it automatically based on process parameters.
·The control box should be capable of receiving PLC's start/stop control commands (passive contacts) and send start/stop, manual/automatic, and fault status signals to the PLC (passive contacts). Passive contact capacity: 220V, 5A.
3. Construction and Materials
Motor
The electric motor and reducer must be a complete assembly installed together.

Electrical Control System

They are capable of combining automatic control (with reserved control ports) and manual control during operation. The control system monitors and controls the equipment operation according to the process design requirements.
Electrical control systems include electrical control cabinets and field button boxes. The electrical control cabinets control the operation of all equipment within the high-efficiency sedimentation systems.
