Maintenance: 

1  The dosing agitator system requires a maintenance personnel familiar with its structure and performance to regularly inspect and maintain the dosing agitator to ensure the safe and long-term operation of the mixer. 

 2  The medicament mixing system must be properly lubricated with oil on the motor shaft, intermediate shaft, and within the gear box before starting. The motor shaft and intermediate shaft require addition of oil.2#Calcium lithium grease, for transmission internal addition30#Mechanical oil, fill to the center of the oil cup's height. 

3  Motors and intermediate shafts are to be operated for every six months (6Every 6 months (or month), replace the lubricating oil. If the oil level in the oil cup is low, replenish the lubricating oil as needed.6Every month, it is required to completely drain the transmission fluid and replace the lubricant once. 

4  Every year of operation, the lubricant in the transmission should be completely drained and the transmission should be cleaned with a cleaning agent. Also, inspect for severe wear or damage on the gears within the transmission. If necessary, replace the gears or the transmission. 

5  Maintenance staff must regularly inspect the operational status. Check for any abnormal noises, overheating, or excessive vibration on all shafts.
