Section 3: Usage Precautions:
1、JBJPropeller BladeMixers should be placed on a flat surface, with wooden blocks supporting the front and rear axles to elevate the tires and prevent movement during operation.

2Mixers should have a two-level leakage protection system in place. Before starting work, the power supply must be connected and carefully inspected. Only after an empty run is deemed satisfactory can the mixer be used. During the trial run, check if the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Generally, the empty drum speed is slightly faster than the loaded speed (after loading materials).2~3If the difference is considerable, adjust the ratio between the drive wheel and the driven wheel.
3The drum's rotation direction should match the arrow indicator; if not, correct the motor wiring.
4Inspect the flexibility and reliability of the drive clutch and brake, check for any damage in the wire ropes, the condition of the track pulleys, the presence of any obstructions around, and the lubrication status of all parts.
5After startup, frequently check if the mixer components operate normally. When shutting down, regularly inspect if the blades are bent, and if any screws are loose or fallen off.
6When the concrete mixing is completed or expected to pause1hIn addition to cleaning the excess materials, pour stones and clean water into the tumbler, start the machine and rotate it to wash off the mortar stuck to the material cylinder and then unload it all. There should be no standing water inside the cylinder to prevent rusting of the cylinder and blades. Also, clean the accumulated dust outside the mixing drum to keep the machinery clean and in good condition.
7、Shut downWhen not in use or after shutdown, the power should be disconnected by pulling the circuit breaker and the switch box should be locked to ensure safety.

IV. Structure and Working Process:
JBJThe type propeller mixer, as shown in the figure, consists of a stirring shaft, propeller blades, base, and driving unit.‘
When raw water flows through the mixing pool with liquid coagulant or flocculant, it generates a circulating flow under the action of the mixer's effluent, enabling the coagulant to mix rapidly and thoroughly with the water to meet the requirements of the coagulation process.
