Installation and Operation Instructions for Suspended Central Drive Sludge Scraper
1. The top surface of the machine frame must be leveled, with an allowable deviation of 0.50‰. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the vertical shaft using a spline coupling. The coupling has three pin holes, each equipped with a shear safety pin to act as a torque-cutting mechanism for over-torque protection, ensuring the integrity of the entire machine.
2. During the trial run, the entire machine must operate under no load for at least 2 hours, with smooth operation and noise levels below 80 dB. Load-bearing trial operation should last for at least 24 hours.
3. The top-end radial bearing and thrust bearing assembly on the vertical shaft, lubricated with grease, requires good lubrication.
4. At the bottom of the vertical shaft, above the mud removal hopper, install sliding bearings and nylon bushes, which are lubricated with clean water under pressure. It is mandatory to set up a Dg15 lubricating water pipe, extending from outside the pool to the bottom, buried at the bottom of the pool. The outer surface of the pipe must not be higher than the pool bottom surface. Extend it outside the mud removal hopper and connect it to the pipe joint of the sliding bearing. Introduce normal-pressure clean water to ensure good lubrication before trial operation. During normal operation, it is also necessary to connect the pressure clean water before starting the vehicle to maintain good underwater bearing lubrication.
