Heat Exchanger (also known as Heat Exchanger) Disassembly-Free Suspended Ultra-High Pressure (500-2800 Bar) Jet Cleaning Method (Physical Cleaning) Heat Exchanger High-Pressure Water Jet Cleaning Technology. This technology involves pressurizing ordinary tap water through a high-pressure pump to 500-1500 Bar for high-pressure water jet cleaning of the heat exchanger. It uses special nozzles (with orifices as small as 1-2 millimeters) to喷射 multiple streams of highly dispersed energy at speeds of 200-500 meters per second. This small stream of water has uniform vibration impact energy, causing no damage to the tank walls, and can remove salt, alkali, scale, and various obstructions from the inner walls of pipes. Various tubular heat exchangers typically have inner diameters of Φ10-Φ50mm and lengths of approximately 3m, 6m, 9m, and 13m. We use steel spray guns and soft guns of corresponding lengths, along with various similar drill rod nozzles to suspend and clean cracks inside the pipes. During the process, debris is flushed out with the water flow, efficiently cleaning both the inside and outside of the pipes, achieving a cleaning effect of over 90%.

With the rapid development of modern industry, the use of cooling water has increased significantly. At the same time, scale buildup in large amounts of recirculating exchange equipment, which is not scientifically cleaned, leads to energy consumption and environmental damage. This not only damages the equipment but also reduces operational efficiency. During the heat exchange process, as the refrigerant fluid (chilled water) absorbs heat from the working fluid (cooling water), its temperature rises. Under the influence of temperature, the Ca(HCO3)2 and Mg(HCO3)2 originally dissolved in the water precipitate CO2, forming sparingly soluble CaCO3 and MgCO3. As these crystalline deposits continuously accumulate on the heat exchanger surface, they create hard scale. This not only affects heat exchange efficiency but also increases energy consumption, and can even lead to shutdowns due to insufficient cooling water flow and reduced pressure.

Cleaning is a crucial process in the chemical industry production, as for various reasons, fouling such as焦垢、oil sludge、scale、sediments、corrosion products、polymers、bacteria、algae、slime,etc., can accumulate in heat exchangers and piping systems.

This accumulated dirt can lead to failure of equipment and piping, causing a decline in production, increased energy and material consumption, and, in severe cases, can even interrupt the process, forcing the facility to shut down, resulting in various economic losses and potentially causing serious production accidents.

The heat exchanger cleaning industry generally employs two methods: chemical cleaning and high-pressure water jet cleaning. These methods, while failing to effectively address the issues at hand, also cause significant damage to the equipment itself, as well as to human health and the environment.
