Coring pile heads is a special process in the construction of pipe piles on a construction site. It is specifically due to the pile head elevation being higher than the design elevation on the construction drawings, and during actual construction operations, the pile head section needs to be cut off. Our produced pile coring machine is specifically developed and produced for this operation. When coring pile heads, certain specifications and requirements must be followed, such as marking the pile head elevation and the coring elevation before proceeding with the construction, and ensuring the quality of the pipe pile after coring.
Purpose of broken pile head: 1. During the concrete pouring process, the cement slurry rises, making it difficult to ensure the pile head strength; 2. The main reinforcement in the pile is used as reinforcement for the pier; 3. Moreover, during the concrete pouring process, the pile head may inevitably fall into soil and other impurities. Therefore, the specifications stipulate that during concrete pile construction, the pile head elevation should be 500mm higher than the design elevation, and this part of the pile head should be manually removed to ensure the pile body strength. 4. Prevent the influence of concrete necking phenomenon caused by the lateral force of soil on the diameter of the pile body.
