Industrial Waste Baling Machine

Maintenance precautions for industrial waste baling machines, refer to the following:
(1) Clean out the waste or debris from the machine's bin on a weekly basis.
(2) Perform a monthly cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication for the skateboard, middle blade, and front top blade.
(3) Every three months, after completing the aforementioned two maintenance tasks, add lubricating oil to all bearing areas.
(4) Replace the engine oil in the reducer gearbox every two years.
(5) Note that several parts should not be lubricated: 1. The return belt roller, 2. All belts, and 3. The slipper and its surrounding area.
(6) Each time you add fuel, do so in moderation; do not overfill, to avoid malfunctions due to the oil soakage in the microswitch.
