This system integrates an automatic fold-seal carton sealer and an all-in-one fully automatic strapping machine (using tabletop roller without power), catering to customers' sealing and strapping needs while saving labor costs. The dual-machine design integrates the sealing and strapping processes into one.
  Belt-driven on both sides, the main drive mechanism features special bearing mounts, high precision and low noise, extending the belt's service life.
Utilizing PLC control system, both drive belts are extended by 300mm, equipped with 2 or more photoelectric switches, allowing the setting of the number of bundles.
Utilizing trapezoidal screw synchronization for adjusting width and height, the structural design is reliable.
The flaps on both ends of the cardboard boxes are sealed with tape, with a fold angle length of 50 to 65mm.
Primary Industrial Applications: Outer packaging for products such as printing, food, beverages, cosmetics, and books.
