This system integrates an automatic folding and sealing machine with an all-in-one fully automatic strapping machine (using table-top roller with no power), catering to customers' sealing and strapping needs while saving labor costs. The dual-machine design allows for the integration of sealing and strapping operations.
Belt-driven on both sides, the main drive mechanism features a special bearing bracket, offering high precision and low noise, thereby extending the service life of the belt.
PLC control system utilized, both side drive belts extended by 300mm, equipped with 2 or more groups of photoelectric switches, capable of setting the number of packages.
* Utilizes trapezoidal screw for simultaneous adjustment of width and height, with a reliable structural design.
The corner folds of the carton sealing tape at both ends are 50 to 65mm long.
