Rack: The rack is composed of upright posts, lower crossbeams, middle crossbeams, and upper crossbeams. The upright posts connect the upper and lower beams to support the entire packaging frame column. Due to the complex load conditions, high-quality steel is chosen to ensure sufficient strength.

Carton packaging:
The boxes are divided into top-loading and compressed boxes. The box doors are controlled by a locking cylinder, similar to the hinge connection part of uranium. Due to the cylinder's locking mechanism, it's easy to release the lock on the main door and open it out.
A bag placed on the bottom assembly, the floor is reinforced by adding steel plates, equipped with a soldering iron for easy bundling and packaging.

The main cylinder plug has a diameter of 160mm and a cross-sectional area of 251 cm². The packing machine exerts a total pressure of 800 kn. The plunger stroke limit switch moves along the line.
The main oil cylinder system consists of the main oil cylinder, piston, sealing rings, guide rings, and end blocks, etc., with excellent sealing performance.
The piston in the cylinder is焊接 using seamless steel tubes, providing sufficient strength. As the piston within the cylinder reciprocates, upon its upward movement, it compresses the object in the box at the top of the compression chamber.
