Installation Precautions:
1. This box packaging machine is partially wrapped and transported in certain areas. Users must carefully count the items according to the packing list upon receiving the goods to avoid loss during transit.
2. Construction should be based on the basic drawing and be level with the leveling survey.
3. Prior to machine installation, all dirt and grime must be cleaned off, and the surface of parts must be machined. If there are signs of corrosion, apply kerosene to rust and clean thoroughly.
4. Release the main unit after the base has solidified properly.
5. Hydraulically controlled system installed, incorporating a "O" type gasket from Union Notebook to prevent leakage.
6. Install valve oil line, ensure all pipelines are clean, and maintain a high-quality water level pumping station. Clean the internal gaps of the oil tank to prevent dirt during transportation, oil tube clamps, and prevent oil leakage caused by vibration.
7. Install all lines according to the electrical schematic, ensuring the safe operation of the hydraulic shearing machine.
