Cleanroom Airflow Hood

A clean air plenum is an air purification unit that provides localized high cleanliness. It can be flexibly installed above process points requiring high cleanliness to meet the environmental requirements of these points. Suspended clean air plenums can be used individually or connected to form a strip of clean area.

Clean Air Plenum is a device that channels air through a high-efficiency air filter at a specific pressure, creating a vertical unidirectional airflow into the work area, thereby ensuring the cleanliness level meets the process requirements.

Clean air plenum covers are available in two types: with built-in fan and with external fan connection. The installation methods include hanging type and ground support type.

Cleanliness: Dust particles of 0.5 micrometers in the work area at a concentration of 3.5 per liter (FS209E Class 100)
