Factory workshop purification
Operating Principle
The workshop purification principle is that when the controller is powered on, a strong static pressure is generated at the oil mist separator outlet, forcing the oil mist to be directed into the separator. Inside the separator, the wind wheel causes collisions, aggregating tiny particles into controllable larger ones. Under the barrier of high-efficiency mist absorption material, air and water are separated.
Structural Materials
1. Walls and ceiling panels in purification factories are typically made of 50mm thick sandwich panels for their aesthetic appeal and strong rigidity. Curved wall corners, doors, and window frames are generally manufactured using special alumina profiles.
2. The ground can be coated with an epoxy self-leveling floor or a high-grade wear-resistant plastic flooring. For anti-static requirements, an anti-static type can be chosen.
3. Return air ducts are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets, lined with flame-retardant PF foam plastic boards for excellent purification and insulation properties.
4. High-efficiency air outlet with stainless steel frame, aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean; perforated mesh panel made of baked paint aluminum, rustproof and dust-resistant, ideal for maintenance.
