Air Shower Room

Air shower chambers are essential passageways for individuals entering cleanrooms, designed to minimize the contamination issues brought by people entering and exiting the cleanroom. The two doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked, serving as a gas lock to prevent unfiltered air from entering the cleanroom, reducing dust pollution during personnel movement. Once inside the cleanroom, a high-speed, clean air stream is filtered through a high-efficiency filter and then jetted from rotating nozzles in all directions onto the person, effectively and quickly removing dust particles from clothing. The air carrying dust particles is then filtered again through the pre-filter and high-efficiency filter before being recirculated back into the air shower area.

Air showers can be categorized into single-sided, double-sided, and corner air showers based on different cleanroom types and environmental conditions. They can also be divided into single-person, double-person, triple-person, and multi-person pass-through air showers depending on the number of personnel entering and exiting.
