The GSVM Vertical High-Speed Slotting Machine is a professional slotting equipment suitable for all metal plates, including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and galvanized plates. Slotting is an auxiliary process in the bending and forming of sheet materials. It involves using special machine tools to刨切 out V-shaped slots at the bending curves of the sheet material, making it easier to bend and form. The radius of the bend outside the angle can be extremely small. The bending is then completed using a bending machine or manual bending, achieving the product's appearance requirements. The depth, width, and angle of the V-shaped slots can be ensured by the feed rate and the shape of the cutting tool during the刨切 process.

The entire GSTM slotting machine is designed with a framework structure, featuring a worktable made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel, which ensures excellent rigidity and durability of the machine tool. The worktable is equipped with an integrated bottom film for one-time molding, leaving no marks when processing mirror-like materials. It is strictly manufactured according to the machine tool processing technology, utilizing electric furnace tempering to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. The painting finish is guaranteed excellent through shot blasting processing. The machine frame is processed in one clamping operation on an imported CNC 5-axis machining center, ensuring parallelism and perpendicularity of all mounting surfaces.
GSTMOpenThe machine parts are fixed using a hydraulic clamping system with flexible clamping and unloading devices: a high-precision guidance system, position measuring system, and hydraulic balancing function to meet the need for unscratched processing surfaces as much as possible. The hydraulic clamping is adjustable, reliable, and the hydraulic system is supplemented with an accumulator for compensation. The motor operates in an intermittent manner to save energy and control oil temperature.
GSTMOpenThe slot machine holder uses 6 blades to process "V" grooves, ensuring even cutting volume distribution and reducing deformation of the workpiece. Additionally, an optional micro-cooling system can be fitted to extend tool life and lower production costs; the universal tool holder mounting surface meets various tool clamping requirements, allowing stainless steel blades to be interchanged with alloy blades; the holder's transfer device employs heavy-duty linear guides, resulting in high precision.
The GSTM series slotting machine features a stationary cross beam, with workpieces fed from the rear feeding mechanism. The worktable is made of carbon tool steel and is hardened through high-frequency surface quenching, achieving a hardness of 55-60HRC (common table <30HRC). This results in a significantly higher hardness than stainless steel, eliminating the issue of groove marks on the worktable surface common in traditional models. It ensures the flatness of the worktable is ≤±0.03mm, completely resolving the problem of reduced V-groove precision due to table deformation, and extends the equipment's lifespan.
