One, during the summer, thunderstorms are more frequent. Proper lightning protection measures must be taken at the site where the diesel engine water pump operates. All types of machinery and equipment, as well as construction projects, must be properly grounded according to regulations. The generator set should have protective zero grounding.
Regularly clean the dust and debris inside the ventilation channels to ensure they remain unobstructed and do not interfere with the normal ventilation and cooling of the generator set.
Three, the disassembly and assembly methods of the generator set are generally the same as those for asynchronous motors, but due to the heavier weight of the generator, care should be taken not to damage it during disassembly. When removing the end cover, be cautious not to damage the stator windings protruding from the base face; when removing the rotor, place cardboard between the motor's stator and rotor to prevent damage to the core and windings. When securing the rotor with steel ropes, ensure that the ropes do not come into contact with the rotor shaft, fan, commutator, or lead wires.
Four, generators installed should be connected in series with the external power line power supply, a transfer switch or a dual power main distribution box can be set up, and parallel operation is strictly prohibited.
Proper maintenance of the diesel generator motor set is essential to ensure the machine operates smoothly and extend its service life.
