A single photo inspection captures the moment immediately after the mold is opened, ensuring the product is not pushed out and confirming the absence of severe defects and any sticking issues with the other half of the mold.
Second photo inspection involves taking a picture before the product is ejected by the pin, to confirm the inside of the mold cavity, whether there is any product sticking to the mold or foreign matter left, and if the pin and slider have returned to their positions.
Three photos are taken: one when the insert is in place, and before the mold is closed. Verify that the inserts are properly positioned and the count is correct. Any abnormality is accurately detected by the mold monitor, which then prevents the mold from closing and emits an alarm. Additionally, safety door alarm cancellation and reset functions are also included.
