A single photo inspection is taken at the moment the product is not ejected after the mold is turned on, to confirm there are no serious defects or sticking issues with the other half of the mold.
Second photo inspection involves taking a picture before the product is ejected by the pin, to confirm the inside of the mold cavity, whether there is any product sticking to the mold and foreign matter residue, as well as whether the pin and slider have returned to their original position.
Three photos are taken: one after the insert is properly placed, but before the mold is closed. This confirms that the inserts are in place and the count is normal. Any abnormality is accurately detected by the mold monitor, which then prevents the mold from closing and simultaneously triggers an alarm. Additionally, the system includes safety gate alarm reset and safety gate reset functions.
