A single photo inspection captures the moment immediately after the mold is opened and before the product is ejected, to confirm the absence of serious defects and to check if the other half of the mold is stuck.
A second photo inspection is taken immediately after the product is ejected by the ejector pin, in front of the mold, to confirm the interior of the mold cavity for any product sticking or foreign matter left, verify if the inserts are properly placed, check the correct number of inserts, and ensure the ejector pin and slider are in place.
In the event of any abnormal situation, the mold monitor can accurately detect it and control the molding machine to stop clamping while issuing an abnormal alarm.
