SRX-700 New Generation Ethernet Camera
Specifically designed for mold protection in the injection molding industry, this product features a control touch screen, infrared light source, industrial camera, and high-definition industrial camera, among other components. It monitors for abnormal conditions within the mold. The product's functions include:

A single photo inspection captures the moment immediately after the mold is opened and the product is not ejected, to confirm that there are no serious defects or defects and to check if the other half of the mold is sticking.
Double photo inspection involves taking a photo before the product is ejected by the ejector pin, to confirm the interior of the mold, checking for any product sticking to the mold and foreign matter left behind, as well as ensuring the position of the ejector pin and slider.
Three photographs are taken after the insert is properly placed but before the mold is closed. They confirm that the inserts are in place and the count is normal. Any deviation is accurately detected by the mold monitor, which then prevents the mold from closing and triggers an alarm. Additionally, the system includes safety gate alarm cancellation and reset functions.
