This machine is an ideal automated design for processing elegantly finished gift boxes and sky-earth boxes. Workers position the inner box and face paper on the assembly line, then place the positioned paper box into the machine mold, where it operates automatically to seal edges, fold ears, fold the face paper inside, and compress bubbles all in one go. It can produce 15-25 finished boxes per minute, significantly enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs.

Performance

1. Driven by a servo motor, the machine is controlled by a PLC programmable logic controller.

2. The machine debugging is completed via a human-machine interface selection, with the four bases driven by stepper motors for forward and backward movement, without the need to change the bubble plate or scraper blade. It is simple to adjust, significantly reducing machine setup time.

3. All control accessories of this machine are of international high-end brands; low failure rate, high accuracy.

4. The machine features a fault display and alarm function, so if any part malfunctions, the fault will be displayed on the screen.

5. The machine is equipped with a touch-sensitive emergency stop switch, which can be pressed to automatically stop the machine in case of an emergency (double safety measure).
