The MXY-YW-188-04 remote pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is designed for measuring the pressure, level, or density of liquids, gases, or steam. It features an imported single crystal silicon differential pressure sensor, ensuring high measurement accuracy while maintaining excellent stability and reliability. The pressure is transmitted through a capillary filled with silicone oil (or another liquid) to the main body of the transmitter, where it is converted to a 4-20mA DC signal by the delta chamber and amplification circuit board within the transmitter body. This product can be configured with the HART communication protocol, allowing it to communicate with control systems or hand-held units for configuration, monitoring, testing, and setup. The HART protocol utilizes industrial standard BELL202 frequency shift keying (FSK) technology, overlaying digital signals on the 4-20mA signal for communication without any interference to the 4-20mA signal during transmission.

Application Features
1. Application
MX-Yl-188-03 Pressure/Differential Pressure/Liquid Level Transmitter, widely used in enterprises and institutions across various industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, power, light industry, food, building materials, and scientific research. It measures various fluid pressures, and when paired with throttling devices, it can detect the flow of liquids, gases, steam, as well as fluids that are viscous, sedimentary, or prone to crystalline particle formation. It can also measure differential pressure, gauge pressure, and interface levels, as well as the liquid level in open or pressurized containers.

2. Key Features
Compact and lightweight. With fewer components and a simple structure, the pressure and displacement signals are integrated, significantly reducing volume and weight.
② Fast response speed and high accuracy. Due to the absence of mechanical transmission and friction, and the relatively large change in signal values, high accuracy is easily achievable.
③ Excellent reliability. With fewer moving parts, the measuring components form a fully enclosed, welded solid structure, and the electronic components undergo rigorous aging screening, along with the use of special connectors, significantly enhancing the transmitter's reliability.
④ Can be locally reset, convenient for local zeroing and full-point adjustment function. The adjustable range of the scale is large, and it features both positive and negative migration structures. The adjustable range of the scale is greater than 10:1.
⑤ Excellent overload performance, with unidirectional overload up to 10MPa; the sensor employs a simple and reliable concave-arc overload protection structure internally.
⑥ Equipped with an adjustable damping device, suitable for measuring pulsating fluids.
The transmitter is designed for use in explosion-proof and intrinsic safety circuits, which output less than 30mA.
⑧ The transmitter can be equipped with a pointer, an LCD, or an LED digital tube display, allowing for 360° rotation and on-site reading, making it very convenient for taking measurements.
⑨ The filling system utilizes full melt-welding and rigid sealing structures, eliminating the occurrence of oil leakage.Installation Location
Installation position changes parallel to the diaphragm will not affect zero drift. If the installation position deviates from the diaphragm surface by more than 90°, zero drift within a 0.5 KPa range can be corrected by zero adjustment, without affecting the measurement range.
Load Characteristics
Power Supply: 12~45VDC or 14.5~45VDC (with passive isolator for enhanced noise immunity), typically operating at 24VDC.
